Zulu Socks
The beautiful beadwork of the Zulu people of KwaZulu-Natal inspired this geometric pattern in their honour. Their traditional beadwork is actually used as a form of communication and indicates all kinds of messages and cultural meaning about who the wearer is.
A crew length sock that sits about 6 inches above the ankle. Zulu is a comfortable and breathable cotton knit sock.
With the sale of each pair of socks, a donation from profits is given to the 9Miles Project.
9Miles Project is a registered non-profit organisation that was founded in Cape Town in 2013. The project works with youth in coastal informal settlements and provides mentorship and support to the at-risk youth in the areas of Cape Town, Elands Bay, and St Francis Bay.
